Delivery Times & Charges
Previously delivery charges were included in our pricing. We have had to restructure this to meet our adminstrative costs & requirements. Delivery options can be chosen at the checkout. UK Standard Delivery is £4.95 no matter how many items you buy and usually takes upto 7-10 working days. Express delivery is also available at a supplement. The more you buy,the more save. In some cases we may be able to offer a next-day service provided you call the customer service line and the items are in stock.
Orders from countries outside the UK are now accepted. Delivery costs start from £7.95 for a parcel and delviery usually takes between 14-21 working days. In some cases delivery may take longer, however once goods have been sent we really have no control over the delivery times. We appreciate that the international costs are expensive however they reflect the UK costs of international shipping and we believe it would be unfair to our UK customers to increase our product prices to subsidise these costs.

What if I want to return something? In most cases we are happy to refund or exchange items. You must contact us before returning items. Full details of our returns policy can be found in our terms & conditions. You will be asked to read this before completing you rpurchase, please do so. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable and exchanges may incurr an additional cost. Please also appreciate that refunds/exchanges can take at least 14 days to process.

I am not sure about the security of buying online or I do not have a card that I can pay with, can I make my purchases another way? Whilst we work with top providers to ensure the security of your infomation, we do appreciate your concerns. UK customers may call us to place an order over the phone on 0118 9503225 or discuss alternative payment methods. We have chosen Paypal as a payment gateway as it offers many options for payment, as well as the standard card payment. Please visit their website for more information www.paypal.co.uk
Special Note:We no longer accept cheques for orders. We still do accept postal orders. These must be made out to Muslimah Essentials Ltd and you must confirm your order before sending payment via email or phone to ensure availability. Please note that delivery times apply upon receipt of your order. We will notify you via email or phone when your order has been received, where such contact details have been provided.
